Our Belief As A Church
Church Ministry
We believe in the ministries Christ has ordained for building up the Church, namely: apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers (Ephesians 4:11 – 14).
We encourage people to use their spiritual gifts so that they can build up God’s spiritual house.
We also believe in the present working of the gifts of the Holy Spirit today in his church (see 1 Corinthians 12:1 – 11, Mark 16:17 – 20).
Church Ordinances
We believe in water baptism – the full immersion of believers in water in obedience to the command of Christ (Matthew 3:13-20, 28:18 – 20).
If you are interested in being baptised kindly inform Pastor Ade in church.
We also believe in the observance of “The Lord’s supper” (or “Communion”) as instituted by Christ until his second coming (Mark 14:17 – 26, 1 Corinthians 11:23 – 26).
We take the Lord’s supper (or Communion) on the second week of the month.
The Trinity
We believe that there is only one God revealed in three persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. These three are co-existent, co-equal and co-eternal and are worshipped together. Divine titles, attributes and works are ascribed to each of them (Deuteronomy 6:4, Isaiah 9:6, Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13 – 14).
The Great Commission
We embrace the “Great Commission” as commanded by Jesus to preach the Gospel to every one through every possible means as God as ordained.
We believe that it is through the preaching of the gospel that people can be saved from God’s judgement in hell to spend eternity in heaven with God their creator and Father (Mark 16:15 – 16, 1 Corinthians 1:17 – 21).
We have church services every Sunday and lots of activities during the week including prayer/bible study/encouragement on Fridays. If you feel led to, please join us.

Salvation Through Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is the only way by which men are saved. Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6).
He is the way to heaven, the moral compass, and he gives life.
Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
The Second Coming
We believe that Jesus Christ is coming back soon and when he comes every person shall see him in a physical and visible form as he was seen departing by his disciples.
He was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight. They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. Men of Galilee, they said, why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven ( Matthew 24:25 – 27, Acts 1:9 – 11).
The Holy Bible
We believe the Bible is the infallible word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit and is the final authority in all matters of faith and conduct (2 Timothy 3:16).
Child Dedication
Noah’s Ark Sanctuary Church does not christen children, instead we believe in dedicating children to God as Jesus was dedicated as a child to be raised up in the way of the Lord according to the Scriptures (Luke 2:21 – 23).
When the child is able of his or her own free will and understanding to make a confession of faith in Jesus Christ, they are encouraged to take up water baptism.
If you would like your child to be dedicated at Noah’s Ark Sanctuary Church, please call to book.
Baptism
At Noah’s Ark Sanctuary Church we believe in full immersion in water when being baptised. This is following the example of our Lord Jesus who was fully immersed in water when baptised by John the Baptist (Matthew 3:13-17)
Anyone can be baptised who has repented of their sins and put their faith in Jesus Christ. (Acts 2:38-39)
There is a baptismal course to be taken before baptism, which normally takes place around late September. Please speak to Pastor Ade if you are interested in being baptised.
